Guarantee Policy

At EyeglassNation.com our main priority is to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their merchandise. That is why we have a generous 30 day full refund return policy. We, also offer all manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects on our frames and lenses for a 1 year time period. Also, if there are any mistakes with our lab work that our quality control team does not pick up, we will gladly pay for you to ship it back to us to fix.

Within the 30 day time period, this is what you are guaranteed:
Every customer can exchange their frames only once during a 30 day time period if they are unsatisfied with their current frame, but will be responsible for shipping fees that would be associated to this exchange. You will also be charged the difference between the two price frames if the new frame is more expensive.

Outside the 30 day time period, this is what you are guaranteed:
If your frame is defective please send it back to us and we will replace it to you at no cost. Please call us if you have any questions or problems with your frame and lenses within the 30 day time period, because there will be no refund afterwards.
