Just send us your frame with your new prescription and we will put in new lenses for you. The process is that simple, all you need to do is fill out your prescription below (RX) and send us your frame!

Once, we receive your frame we will send you a confirmation email that your order has been processed by our lab.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for frame breakage during the relens process and do not handle full rimless frames.
